We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. Fees vary on services. If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and/ or do not bring your valid government issued ID, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be directly through Square. Counter staff cannot cancel the appointment for you.
